I visited the ER at Aster Hospital, Qusais due to severe swelling and intense pain caused by an ear piercing infection. During such a stressful situation, Dr. Karishma treated me with exceptional care, compassion, and professionalism. Her quick response, calm approach, and effective treatment including administering local anesthesia brought me immediate relief and comfort. She truly made a difficult experience much easier for me. Dr. Karishma is a real asset to the ER department at Aster Hospital, Qusais. Just like her name, she truly was a Karishma (miracle) for me that day. I would also like to sincerely thank Br. Rameez and Sister Anju for their kindness, continuous support, and reassurance throughout the entire process. Their caring attitude and humanity meant a lot to me. From the very first consultation, Dr. Anseesa took the time to explain my condition clearly and answered all my questions with patience and reassurance. Going into surgery can be stressful, but her calm and confident approach made me feel completely at ease. The procedure itself went smoothly, and the improvement Ive experienced since then has been life-changing. Breathing feels so much easier, and the constant discomfort I had before is finally gone. I was admitted as an inpatient today, 10 March 2026, for my kidney stent removal procedure and Urinary Tract Extracorporeal Shockwave Lithotripsy. Once again, the level of care, professionalism, and kindness from the medical team has been truly outstanding.
